Mt Hood Center – A Premier Event & Equestrian Venue in Clackamas County
Mt Hood Center has been a landmark in the Pacific Northwest since 1974. Originally built as an expansive horse barn with both indoor and outdoor arenas, it quickly became a hub for the local equestrian community. Over the years, Mt Hood Center gained recognition by hosting major events for organizations like the Oregon Quarter Horse Association, the NW Saddlebred Association, and BR4ND. It has also served as a practice and competition space for Oregon High School Equestrian Teams (OHSET) and local 4-H clubs.
After experiencing multiple ownership changes, the property eventually fell into disrepair. In 2018, our current owner brought new life to Mt Hood Center with a vision to restore its historic facilities and expand its purpose. Today, the property has been completely revitalized — offering modern, well-maintained spaces for equestrian activities, community events, and private celebrations.
Our mission is to create a community hub that supports connection, growth, and enrichment for Clackamas County and beyond. While we remain committed to providing exceptional equine facilities, we also host a wide variety of events, including:

- Business meetings, retreats, and community gatherings
