8-Hour Venue Access: From 8 AM to 10 PM, enjoy exclusive use of our facilities.
Two Wedding Suites: Private spaces for the couple to prepare and unwind.
Ceremony Location: Choose between the picturesque Meadow or the elegant Ballroom.
Cocktail Hour Venue: Host your guests on the Lookout Deck with stunning views.
Reception Space: Celebrate under the Café lights in the Ballroom or beneath the stars in the Meadow.
Tables & Chairs: Provided for up to 250 guests; additional seating available upon request.
Prep Kitchen: Equipped with a fridge and sink for your catering needs.
Vendor Walk-Through: Coordinate logistics with your vendors one month prior to your event.
Rehearsal Time: Two-hour rehearsal during the week of your wedding.

FAQ

Does the Ballroom have a sound system?

Our Ballroom does not currently offer a sound system, but we are happy to assist your DJ with any assistance they need to ensure an adequate setup.

Are there outlets in the Meadow for vendors?

Yes, we do offer outlets in the Meadow. Please ask a staff member to show you their locations.

Is there air conditioning/heat?

The Ballroom and Wedding Suites have their own heating and cooling systems. Additionally, Fire tables can be rented for outside heating.

What happens if it rains?

Our Ballroom is 8,000 SQFT. That gives us lots of room to do both the ceremony and reception in the same place if your guest count is under 250 people.

What is the parking situation?

All parking is on site. We will ensure that your guests use the parking area closest to your event. Please ask our staff which parking lot you should direct your guests to.

Do you have signage or other aids to direct guests to my event?

Yes, we do! We have some great custom signs we’ll put out for you that day.

Can we use candles/confetti/sparklers/fireworks?

Flameless candles in decor and sparklers in the parking lot are okay. Confetti, loose petals and fireworks do not work well in our space.
