Purchase Policy

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason.

This policy applies to all tickets purchased for events hosted by MT Hood Center. This includes tickets purchased online, over the phone, or in person.

There are no exceptions to this policy. Refunds will not be issued for any reason, including:

• Illness or injury
• Change of plans
• Inability to attend the event
• Cancellation or postponement of the event due to reasons within MT Hood Center's control

Oregon law allows businesses to establish no refund policies, including for events. However, there are a few exceptions to this rule. For example, businesses must refund tickets if the event is cancelled or postponed due to reasons beyond their control, such as weather or illness. Additionally, businesses must refund tickets if they fail to deliver the event as promised.
