The Meadow is engulfed in thoughtfully designed landscape, mature trees, a natural pond and a newly designed fire pit seating area. You will love the private and peaceful atmosphere of this outdoor oasis. The Meadow has hosted a variety of events ranging from company carnivals, movies in the park, vendor events, family BBQs, concerts, music festivals and company parties. Q. Are there outlets in the Meadow for vendors?
A. Yes, we do offer 3 - 50 ample outlets in the Meadow. Please ask a staff member to show you their locations.

Q. Do you have sound equipment?
A. We do not have sound equipment at this time. We’re happy to schedule a walk through with your visual/audio vendor to assist with setup suggestions.

Q. What is the parking situation?
A. All parking is on site. We will ensure that your guests use the parking area closest to your event. Please ask our staff which parking lot you should direct your guests to.

Q. Do you have signage or other aids to direct guests to my event?
A. Yes, we do! We have some great custom signs we'll put out for you that day.

Q. What rentals are available?
A. We have a variety of tables, picnic tables, tents and umbrellas that work well in the meadow as well as fire tables for cold days. Let a team member know your needs and we’d be happy to suggest items from our stock. For inflatables and games we recommend The Party Place and partner with them often on company parties, field days etc.

Q. Can we arrive early or stay late to setup/clean?
A.We do our best to accommodate a small group of decorators to arrive on site prior to your start time, when bookings allow. Cleanup is allowed for one hour beyond your end time. Guests and alcohol may only be on site during your designated rental time.

Q. Can I rent the space on its own for a wedding ceremony or reception?
A. During peak season (July-Oct) the Meadow is a key component in our wedding package and cannot be booked hourly, however during week days and off season dates we do make an exception. Please contact us for availability and details.

Q. Do you allow outside catering and alcohol?
A. We have an open vendor policy and invite you to bring in your own food. All hard alcohol must be served by a licensed server not associated with the event.
